About the founder
Chris Thompson
NextMove was created by Chris Thompson, an Auckland-based mortgage adviser who wants people to understand where they stand before they take their next step in property, whether that is a first home, a move up or down, or an investment purchase. The Readiness Score, the calculators and the Education Hub all come from that idea: people decide better when they understand their own position first.
Chris provides advice on home loans only, through Guardian Smith Limited. When you complete a Readiness Score, he personally reviews your results.
